HEART RATE VARIABILITY TEST
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) evaluates the balancing act between the sympathetic nervous system (fight and flight) and the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
The number one risk factor in sudden cardiac deaths is an imbalance in the heart rate variability. We use a simple hand electro-sensor test to be able to see how balanced your heart and nervous system are. It takes only moments to get results that are predictive indicator of your cardiovascular health, as well as your overall general health.
The Test
With a small EKG sensor that senses pulse waves we will record your HRV for five minutes. The data from the reading will then be transmitted and processed by the advanced software. This software interprets the HRV signals.
